Businessman Tony Elumelu Inducts UBAGroup’s Newest Cohort Of Graduate Trainees, Shares Insights On Navigating The Difficult Journey To Success

Tony O. Elumelu is a Nigerian economist, and philanthropist. He chairs Heirs Holdings, and the United Bank for Africa (UBA) , he’s also the founder of The Tony Elumelu Foundation.

Just recently he inducted
UBAGroup’s newest cohort of graduate trainees, he interacted with them, listened to their stories and answered questions, he went further to
share some insights on navigating the difficult journey to success with the graduate trainees.

I love these sessions where I meet new members of our UBA-Tribe, listen to their stories, answer their questions, and welcome them to our Group. I shared some insights on navigating the often-difficult journey to success. I also emphasised the importance of conquering challenges, avoiding shortcuts, and maintaining resilience”
