Lady Relocates With Her Husband To UK After He Passed An
Interview With A University Hospital In Coventry

A young lady named
Damilola Felicia Badmus has shared how her life changed as she
relocated to Coventry in the UK after two months of her wedding.

She shared the testimony with friends on LinkedIn, read her post below:

I and my husband Ayokunle Badmus relocated to Coventry in the UK after two months of our wedding, and it has been an amazing experience.

Personally, I’d never have thought I could live overseas because it has never been in my plans, not even for a masters degree (because I didn’t have enough money to even think about it).

But you know what they say-if God wants to bless you, he does it in ways you wouldn’t expect.

My husband, being a doctor, had an interview with a university hospital here in Coventry and he passed. I remember how the process went, and it still amazes me how God runs his things.

The interview was meant to be held a day before, but it didn’t take place. So, it was rescheduled to the next day, which was supposed to be the day and exact time we were to travel from Abuja to Lagos, Nigeria.

Lo and behold, we got a message on the d-day that our airline had delayed our flight by one hour (which meant the interview could happen with ease).

He did the interview at home, and while checking in at the airport, we got a congratulations email that he had passed the interview and the company would sponsor his coming to the UK.

As a result, I came into the UK with a dependent visa for FREE, except for the flight ticket we paid for. I mean, I didn’t do anything to get here-no exam, no interview, no nothing.

We were blessed to get an affordable apartment, and after two weeks of my stay, I got a job with a nice company, so I’m able to support my husband financially.

I don’t know who this post is encouraging, but I want you to trust God and know that when you follow his path and serve him wholeheartedly, he will direct your steps and bring you to a place of promise without struggle.

He works in us in various ways, and he blesses us in unexpected ways if we let him.

God sees your dedication. He sees how you serve him in your local church. He sees how generous you are to people and how loving you are. And guess what, his timing is always right and when you trust him, your generation will call you blessed.

To someone out there who is struggling with life, God is calling you today to bring all you’re pains to him. All you have to do is surrender to Jesus Christ and ask him to be Lord over your life and watch what happens😎.

To my fellow UK folks, what’s up😍! Summer is ending soon, and I need to visit a few places before autumn and winter start. Do you have some places in mind I could visit? Please share, and I’d love a warm welcome from you guys here in England.

Meanwhile, I can’t wait to capture amazing people with my camera and start posting photography-related content again.
