US Trip Deepened My Bond With Mum, We Are Best Friends— Ashmusy

Content creator and actress, Ashmusy, has said that her recent trip to the United States with her mother significantly deepened their relationship.

In an interview with Saturday Beats, Ashmusy said, “My mum and I have always been close, but we’ve grown even closer over time. We are best friends, and she knows everything I do, because I tell her everything. The US trip made our bond much stronger, both emotionally and mentally.

During the trip, we were always together, so it made us connect on a deeper level different from when we were in Nigeria. That openness really helped us grow closer in every way.”

Speaking on the importance of resilience in her life and career, she stated, “Resilience, to me, means pushing through, moving forward, showing up consistently, and fighting to achieve one’s goals, regardless of the distractions that come one’s way. Even if there are a thousand reasons to quit, one will only need one reason to keep going. Resilience is about focusing on that one reason and ignoring the thousand reasons to give up.”

Discussing her latest project, ‘Court of Chaos’, she stated that she was inspired to create a show that would both entertain and help society.

“I wanted to create a show that would be helpful to society. It’s about solving problems, judging people’s matters, and also being very entertaining.”
