“There Was A Time That I Couldn’t Afford N50k Shoe”- Lawyer Adeyanju Admonishes The Youth To Be Disciplined, Says Their Time Will Come

Deji Adeyanju, activist, lawyer who’s popular for advocating for change, has admonished the youth via is x platform, Adeyanju warns the youth not to allow themselves to be bullied by successful people while adding that they shouldn’t eat their tomorrow today.

Using himself as an example, he said there was a time he could not afford a N50K shoe, and even now that he can afford it, he will not buy it because he doesn’t want to eat his future.

Sharing on x, he wrote:

“Don’t let successful people bully you. Don’t eat your tomorrow today. They too were once like you. There was a time that I couldn’t afford N50k shoe and even if I could I wouldn’t buy it because I didn’t want to eat my future then. Be disciplined and your time will come.”
