People Lose Endorsements By Just Cheating On Their Wives, Lots Of Things Have Happened Aside From Us Losing Our Child And I’ve Messed Up A Lot Of Times- Davido

Renowned singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has long been synonymous with a vibrant lifestyle. His down-to-earth nature and free-spirited interactions with fans and peers have also defined him. He has often attributed this approach to his affluent upbringing, which has fostered an appreciation for life’s simpler pleasures amidst the luxury he experienced growing up.

However, since marrying his wife, Chioma, last year, Davido has adopted a more reserved demeanour while showcasing enhanced creativity in his music.

The impact of Chioma on his life is increasingly evident, influencing both his artistic direction and personal relationships.

The recent release of his fifth studio album titled, ‘5ive’, has made significant waves, breaking records and capturing the attention of fans worldwide. A notable aspect of this album is Davido’s incorporation of the Igbo language in several tracks. This is not the first time he has celebrated his love for Chioma through music. Prior to their wedding, he featured in the remix of the song, ‘Ogechi,” and dedicated the chorus to her in Igbo.

Davido’s embrace of Igbo culture extends beyond language. He has been seen donning traditional Igbo attire, even performing on stage in the signature clothing and cap. This transformation highlights Chioma’s profound influence on both his personal life and career.

In a recent interview, Davido expressed how marriage has grounded him, highlighting the positivity Chioma brings to their union and its impact on his professional growth. He stated, “My wife has always had this thing over me. Anytime I fight with her, something bad happens in my business. She has that grace over me, and my kids love her. People lose endorsements by just cheating on their wives. Lots of things have happened aside from us losing our child, and I have messed up a lot of times. You can never see my wife go to any interview or go live to report something I did, and I appreciate her for that because she could. Nobody’s perfect. She is just that one.”

It is noteworthy that prior to his marriage, Davido often made headlines due to various baby mama and relationship scandals. However, since tying the knot with Chioma, he appears to have matured, steering clear of such controversies.

Additionally, the singer has shifted his focus towards business endeavours, launching his own line of electric bikes and partnering with GAC Motor to introduce the GS8 SUV.
