A CRY FOR HELP!
My names are Obianuju Anthonia Obadigbo from Isinyi Village in Nando Anambra East LGA.
Before now I was happily married to Michael Abuchi Ogbe from Obeagu Uno in Enugu South LGA in Enugu State and we had a daughter together named Chimamandi Mirabel Ogbe who is aged 3years and 8months.
I met my husband at Jos Plateau State in the year 2017, and he loved me at 1st sight and we got married traditionally September 2018.
Three months after our marriage, I took in and gave birth to my daughter October 2019. After giving birth, he promised to wed me in the church, which he did October on 18th 2020.
Unfortunately 12 days after my wedding problem from nowhere enter my home and his mother insist that I am not up to who his son will marry, that I will go let his son marry from their place.
She ordered my husband (her son) to throw me and my child out and he did threw me and daughter out of my matrimonial home.
Me and my husband did not fight or had any exchange of words, he threw us out and his mother said that I should go away with my girl child, that when she grow up , that she will look for her father and I carried my child back to my village here in Anambra.
Along the line he began to send us 20k as upkeep that was December 2020, from 20k to 30k, when my child started school last year September he increase it to 45k till date.
I have begged him time without number to forgive me if I did anything wrong without knowing it but he refused, and for love I have for him , I have remained faithful to him since almost two years now.
And I have also begged him to established small business for me ,to enable me start something doing but he also refused.
Last month 30th of May I received a divorce nd custody of child suit from him, knowing I can’t be able to make it to Jos to defend myself before the court.
Right now I’m confused and in pains, I don’t know what to do right now…. I really need help. I don’t want my daughter who is still tender to live with this man. I don’t have money to travel Jos or even to engage a lawyer to help me!
